"HALF PREORDER" DISCLAIMER/EXPLANATION

i have explained this on all the charm pages, but will do it here too just in case. as of right now i have a Very limited supply of each charm, and i am Bad at estimating how many people would like 02 buy. SO!

the first [amount] of charms i have readily available will be immediately shipped out to that amount of buyers, and the rest will count as preorders, with a ~month waiting time for the charms being manufactured and sent to me.

then, i'll ship them out 02 the people that preordered em as soon as possible!

i will email everyone that will be getting the first batch of a charm, so please list an actual email when ordering! if you did not receive an email, assume preorder! thankz for understanding guys <3

preorder window'll be around 3 weeks, then i'll pause the store for a bit so i can keep up with everything!

FAQ

THERE'S NO SHIPPING OPTION FOR MY COUNTRY?

iii may or may not have had 2 put in all the shipping options manually - it's a Hellishly Long List so i most likely missed some! please message me and i'll add it!

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

according to postnl (as i will be shipping from the netherlands) the general estimate seems to be 2-13 business days (without accounting for delays or any other circumstances out of my control).

WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

postnl's default shipping option includes a track & trace number !! so you should b able to keep track of where your order is :D
[note: i believe i'll get the tracking number when shipping out the order, so please list an actual email when ordering so i can send it to you!]

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE / I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT, WHAT NOW?

please hit me up!! i'm willing to offer you either a refund or replacement (with the buyer covering the return shipping costs) depending on what you'd prefer!

• return of the product will get a full refund!

• anything i may have overlooked (scratches on the charm itself, broken clasp, etc.) will get a full refund.

• any damage caused by the post service's handling of the package will get a partial refund depending on the damage.

• any damage caused by the buyer's handling of the item after unpackaging it will not be covered.

MY PACKAGE GOT LOST!

once i hand off a package at the post office, whatever happens is no longer in my control!

if your package does not get delivered due to an incomplete/incorrect address or another mistake while ordering, i will not issue a refund. please input your full information correctly - you’ll have to place a full new order if the package is lost!
